IMPORTANT: Meet Entry declaration links will close @ 6 PM TWO days prior to the meet to allow coaches time to set up the meet. Volunteer Job Signup links will close at 12 PM on meet day. Coaches and Volunteer Coordinators are managing between 150-200 athlete entries and over 70 jobs per meet - they need time to prepare. You can edit your meet entry declaration or job signup as many times as necessary before that point. Once this link closes, changes MUST be emailed through the Contact Us link with one exception: meet entry changes that arise ON MEET DAY, should be texted to Jeremy @ 336-416-2496.
