Tue Jul 12 2022	End of Season Awards & Celebration! New Sherwood Pool Start: 4:00 PM End: 8:00 PM Swim Team Pool Party to celebrate the 2022 season. Please use signup for Potluck dinner items. Drink/chips will be provided from leftover concessions items. We will eat ~ 5 PM and start awards ceremony ~7 PM. We will recognize every swimmer with a token gift and "scorecard" summary of their season times. The following awards will be presented: Silver Cap Awards (perfect GFSL meet attendance), Most Improved Swimmers (each age/gender group), Coaches Awards (each age/gender group), High Point Winners (each age/gender group. and our coveted Paul Bridges' Golden Speedo Award (longevity, spirit and sportsmanship). We will also present our special "Swaggie" Awards to notable swimmers and volunteers.

Item donations, such as snacks for the team or concessions donations
RSVPs for non-meet events
Meet attendance declaration and/or meet entry signup

IMPORTANT: Meet Entry declaration links will close @ 6 PM TWO days prior to the meet to allow coaches time to set up the meet. Volunteer Job Signup links will close at 12 PM on meet day. Coaches and Volunteer Coordinators are managing between 150-200 athlete entries and over 70 jobs per meet - they need time to prepare. You can edit your meet entry declaration or job signup as many times as necessary before that point. Once this link closes, changes MUST be emailed through the Contact Us link with one exception: meet entry changes that arise ON MEET DAY, should be texted to Jeremy @ 336-416-2496.
