10U Intrasquad Meet

& Pancake Breakfast

Who’s ready for the Intrasquad Meet?? Our goal is for this meet to look and feel just like a typical dual meet, minus the crowd, and to be completed in half the usual time! We will run Stingray Zone and Clerk of Course as usual.

• 8:20 AM Timers/Officials Meeting
• 8:30 AM Meet Start

DECK - Set up wherever you like! Great views all around!

HEAT SHEET - Heat and Meet Entries will be posted as soon as they are available. A link to the Heat Sheet will be available on the website Home page, website Signup Calendar page and on the SwimTopia App. An alert notification will be sent once available.

VOLUNTEER SIGNUP - A few vacancies remain. The Job Signup will remain open until midnight tonight. If you haven’t already signed up, please see how you can help.

EVENTS - We recommend you complete the EHL body marking prior to arrival to save time. Once entries are posted, you will be able to see a snapshot of your swimmer’s event from the website (under June 10 Intrasquad Meet on Signup Calendar Page and under Upcoming Events on Home page) or on the SwimTopia app. Please mark EHL grid clearly using a Sharpie marker right side up (as they see it!) on your swimmer's arm or leg AND write first initial last name and their age group on the back of their right shoulder.

The order of events will run the same as a normal meet - 6U Freestyle Relays, 7-8/9-10 Medley Relays, all individual Freestyle events, 6U Backstroke, all individual Butterfly events, IM, all individual Breastroke events, Distance Free, 7-18/9-10 Freestyle Relays

STINGRAY ZONE - We will be running our SZ tomorrow just as we do during our dual meets. will be located on the tennis courts with areas marked for age groups. It will be VERY important to instruct your 10&U swimmers to remain in the SZ with their assigned parent volunteer so they can easily be found when their next event comes around. They’ll be assisted to Clerk of Course benches and lined up there for events. We have plenty of toys to keep them busy and they’ll be in and out of SZ for each of their events.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST - When swimmer’s finish all of their events, they are invited to enjoy pancakes on the playground with teammates. Please plan to stay and enjoy a post meet celebration breakfast with swim team families! All swim team members are welcome to join - calling all BIG buddies, come cheer for and join your little buddies for pancakes!
