Swim Team Heads Up...

Pool applications links are being sent out tomorrow (3/4/23) to all of last year's pool members (Associate members).  Sherwood HOA members should have already received their link for pool applications.

Once you have complete your pool membership application online via your Membersplash account, you will receive a follow up email with the link to our Swim Team & Pup Camp Registration Form on SwimTopia. All swim team fees will be paid through SwimTopia this year rather than through Membersplash with your pool membership. 

Please note that pool membership application links are released based on your membership category via an email from [email protected]:

• HOA applications release 2/18
• Associate applications (all members from last year) release 3/4
• New Neighborhood applications (those who were not members last year but who live within the bounds of Peacehaven Rd, Mountain View and Milhaven Road) - release 4/1
• New Affiliate applications 4/15

*IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERS - all last year's members (excluding HOA members) are given the designation of "Associate" and will be given priority for renewing applications. Associate members who fail to renew before the Neighborhood or Affiliate applications are released in April may lose their space when membership becomes first come first serve until capacity is reached.

Bottom line... You must be a pool member to join Swim Team and Pup Camp.  Get your pool applications in before 4/15 to ensure your spot.
