UPDATE!
Morning practices (Mon-Fri) will start TOMORROW (7-10s @ 9 AM, 6U @ 9:45, 11&O @ 10 AM).  Afternoon practices will continue as before, Mon-Thurs.  Please choose only 1 practice and prioritize AM if possible. This will minimize crowding since we have access to the full pool during AM practices.

!! ATTENTION parents of 12 and Unders and NEW swimmers !!

Have you filled out your "Meet Entry" for TIME TRIALS?  You MUST declare "available" or "not available" through the website Upcoming Events (Home page) or Signup Calendar (Meets & Events page).  While you're there, go ahead and declare for all other meets.  You can edit this declaration on the website up to 2 days prior to meet - after that, changes MUST be emailed through the Contact Us link or texted to 336-575-2978.

Time Trials is next Sat, June 4 starting at 8:30 AM.  It is an intrasquad meet used to introduce our younger and new swimmers (and parents!) to the flow and feel of a swim meet.  It will also allow coaches to gather baseline times for events and Stroke & Turn Judges will be able to give coaches feedback on stroke infractions.  There will not be any disqualifications (DQs) and the meet is not scored.  ONLY 12 and Unders and NEW swimmers will participate. Older veteran swimmers can sign up to volunteer (Use Job Sign up under a parent name).
